We currently work with other HA clients providing insightful data from resident’s feedback captured from a range of channels. We work with clients on customer experience issues as well as health and safety issues, and out latest product is aimed at tackling feedback comments around health and safety issues devised to track issues relating to category 1 and 2 hazards from the Housing Health and Safety Ratings System
One Manchester’s aim in working with Feedback Ferret is to enhance their customer engagement by using text analytics to gain deeper understanding of what their residents were really saying.
