This collaboration will give Feedback Ferret the opportunity to share its customer feedback knowledge and expertise with the social housing sector.

The current challenges facing HA’s in terms of issues around residents health and safety, compliance, building safety and the tenant voice will help us shape our text analytics solution. We hope to be able to help organisations understand more about what makes a good survey, how data can be used to drive efficiencies and long term business planning and how discovering the root cause of negative and positive comments data can be used to improve the outcomes for residents.
