Piers is one of the co-founders of Feedback Ferret Ltd, established in 1998. Piers has spent 20 years talking to and working with companies about their customer feedback programmes. What Piers doesn’t know about text analytics and generating insightful customer feedback simply isn’t worth knowing.
Co-founder Mark is our chief technical Ferret and is responsible for all product development. With over 40 years’ experience in software development, and having worked in a number of technical and business environments, Mark is the architect of the powerful Ferret text analysis engine and reporting platform.
Jamie has 30 years’ experience working in the computer science and technical development field. As a contractor in the early part of his career, Jamie was exposed to a myriad of different industries and environments, developing a wide array of technical solutions. He has worked at Feedback Ferret as Senior Developer since 2009.
Vian has 28 years’ experience in a variety of different fields – finance, credit management, legal, wholesale operations and training. He has worked both in the UK and South Africa and has responsibility for all financial, contractual, business administration and office matters at Feedback Ferret.
Nicola has a wealth of marketing, sales and strategic management experience gained over the past 30 years across small, medium and large organisations. She is responsible for the lead generation team and for implementing the marketing strategy across all platforms.
Kev leads a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers and has overall responsibility for ensuring our clients’ programmes are delivered on time, on budget and meet the client's specifications and expectations. He has experience in a variety of industries as a Business Analyst and certified Project Manager.
Martyn has experience in various analytical roles working at a number of globally recognised organisations. Within each of his roles, Martyn has developed a number of key skills such as programming, data visualisation techniques using a wide variety of tools and a number of data science skills.
