Account Manager

Reporting directly to the Client Service Director, the successful candidate will play a varied role including liaising with internal teams and external clients.

The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of impressive accounts, many of whom are market leaders. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, taking responsibility for the overall day to day management of your assigned accounts, managing clients by creating and sustaining longstanding relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities and ensuring client retention and growth.

All candidates will ideally have a strong Account Management background with some experience in Automotive, Retail, Hospitality or Leisure sectors. Previous Market Research or Customer Insight experience is also desirable.

Customer Feedback Analyst – Lexicon Administrator

We need someone who is a cut above the rest. Someone who can create and innovate, problem-solve, challenge and improve, but also ready to learn and adapt to our fast-moving environment and ready to contribute to our great team.

You will join a small but experienced and dynamic team, supporting the on-going and accurate development of our customer feedback technology, which is based on accurate phrase matching, using sophisticated ‘smart phrases’ maintained in the Lexicon. These smart phrases have to be continually updated from the results of processing client data so that we make continuous improvement to the accuracy of the contextual analysis.

You may be a recent graduate in a relevant subject such as English Language or have experience in an office / customer service / administration environment.  However we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds as full training will be given.

Fluency in English as a first language is essential as an excellent understanding of colloquialisms, sayings, idioms, etc. is required.
