Customer feedback for IT - Software, Hardware & Services

• Capture feedback directly from user experience throughout the buying and ownership lifecycle, through purchase channels, delivery and after sales interactions
• Trigger feedback links from within software applications direct to feedback forms
• Use customer ideas and suggestions to stimulate new product development to meet customer needs
• Distribute feedback across the organisation to understand and act on customer sentiment and views about all aspects of IT product and service experience
