Distributing feedback throughout the organisation
You can let anyone across your organisation have access to the
interactive dashboards via standard Internet browsers. You control the user
access rights and any pre-determined filters on the reports.
For example, individual retail outlets can be pre-filtered so
that they only see the feedback from their store; Regional Managers can be set
up to see just the feedback for their Region, and so on.
And with Feedback Ferret, you don't get charged on the
traditional 'per user' basis for access to the reporting dashboards, so it is
very cost-effective to distribute this information to all the people in your
organisation who need to get access to it.
